Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, ensuring client-specific deliverables are scoped, tracked, and shipped within agreed timelines.
- Translate ambiguous client business requests into clear technical product specifications. Prevent scope creep while identifying product gaps.
- Build and maintain scalable, secure features using Python (Django) and React that integrate seamlessly.
- Design, implement, and optimize AI agents or LLM-driven workflows to automate client workflows or speed up internal code deployment.
-Successfully configure, orchestrate, and maintain software across both on-premises servers and cloud environments
-Drive regular triage sessions and execute scheduled maintenance tasks to reduce technical debt and prevent recurring production defects.
Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information
Technology or related field. Strong proficiency in modern programming
languages, with a heavy emphasis on Python (Django) and React. Solid
understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS), including schema
design, query optimization, and data modeling. Hands-on experience building,
testing, and deploying AI agentic coding workflows and LLM-driven
applications. Proven capability managing both on-premises environments and
cloud deployments
