Assistant Manager-Business Review Cell

. Conduct monthly business reviews of all verticals by analyzing performance, budgets, targets, variances, and identifying key business gaps and trends. · Develop, implement, and periodically review internal control systems, SOPs, checklists, and processes to strengthen compliance, accountability, and risk management. · Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports to provide meaningful business insights and support data-driven decision-making. · Analyze financial and operational performance, identify root causes of deviations, and recommend corrective actions and process improvements. · Coordinate with BUHs and relevant departments for data collection, business reviews, action-plan follow-up, and provide management with ad-hoc analysis and recommendations.
